Hello! My name is Chloe Goddard and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated from UCLA with a BA in English in 2018 and obtained an AA from FIDM in Beauty Marketing and Product Development in 2020. I am a licensed makeup artist and have been practicing professionally since 2018. I have also obtained certification from celebrity makeup artists Priscilla Ono, Kevin Luong, and Olivia Song.
